WEEK 10 FINAL DAYS... MY REFLECTIONS

                         MY  REFLECTIONS, IMPRESSIONS...

It's hard to believe that ten weeks have passed by so quickly and I'm  sad to say goodbye to my new online friends, I hope they keep in touch and we'll  continue collaborating. Ten weeks ago I enrolled in a webskills course through the University of Oregon,

This course has given me the necessary confidence to explore more and use the many things that are so freely available on the internet. I believe that I have learned a lot of new skills that will be able to assist me in planning many of my activities and presentations in the new year. It has been a rewarding experience communicating and interacting with various teachers scattered all around the globe. What I have come to realize is that although we are from diffrent cultures and countries, we are very much the same in the difficulties we face and the joys we experience in teaching people.
Participating in a web based course is a fantastic experience, you communicate with people you don't really know, but I had a chance to meet some of my course mates in facebook and via skype.
A special thank I'd like to say to Robert Elliot for his patience, guidance and support during the course . I would like to thank Zulfiyya Shirinova and the United States Embassy in Azerbaijan Republic for sponsoring me for this course and for developing educators in my country.
This week has been much easier than the previous ones as there was only one topic and no tasks. However, the LoTI framework is really worth spending time on.  I'd like to share  my survey result with you too:

I am thinking of using LoTI framework as a checklist from now on. I will check it from time to time and assess myself in terms of using technology in class.

At least  I and my nation  ,were going to celebrate our Nationa;l Holiday Novruz next week on 20-21st of March. It is a great festivity in my country.I wish wonderful spring to all! God Bless all of you, and have a joyful spring.
Greetings from a sunny Azerbaijan,Ismailly city.(secondary school #1 named after I.Hasanov).
