Week 1. Getting to know the members of our online learning community

Hello dear friends  and collegues!I've started to new distance  course about "Building Teaching Skills Through the Interactive Web"  today.
And  I 'd like introduce myself  and my course reflections here.I think I"ll add my comments about winter term  from beginning to end  and have opportunity  share with ESL teachers from all over the world!
I am not  new  in blogging and firstly I'd like to share my former blog with you:
http://www.ismaillycitysecondaryschool1.blogspot.com/
A blog - weblog  looks like to an online journal. It's so easy to create and update a blog.  It is one of the easiest ways to publish student writing on the WWW. It's almost as easy as sending an email.

Blogging is  free and easy way to be online, collaborate ,learn, share.
I'm looking forward to seeing your comments!

Hi Peri!
WOW! You are very fast in creating blogs, comments,...you seem to be a real expert. I have ceated some easy blogs already but I am not familiar with this blog-program. The design looks very bright, I like that a lot and I am sure, young learners also do.

regards Brigitte

Ok Peri the fact is that I am Occidental and dont understand your symbols that obviously belong to your language. Could you change it to English. I think that if you read the Creating Blog part steps 5 and 6 as Robert told me it would all change to English and the month and comments and everything would be in english sorry if it is a nuisance elena

Dear Elena,I think you mean my other blog "Enjoy English".It has written in thre languages:Azerbaijani,English,Russian.I've created it during international project "My Name Around the World".I and my students were collaborating with turkish, english and russian teachers and students.

Peri

Hi Peri: Great blog, but the "default language" that the reader sees is in Cryllic. It makes it hard to read the navigation buttons. I think that is what Elena is referring to. Indeed in the instruction sheet step 5 it should help you change that.

Hi Peri, I've just finished reading your Week 5 reflection. It's great and I can see that you are enjoying from our course. Nice!

And about your web blog. It's cool! But the problem is it's little bit inconvinient. Because, if you would like to leave your comment for article, no place to leave, just this page. But design is creative :).
